First time I got a sew in it came out the second week then I got braids the girl didn’t know how to do it my braids looked super old then she said why is bc my hair wasn’t straight but I got braids all my life never went back again

I had the pleasure of Nanique servicing me and giving me some good hair care tips. The service was great and my hair was FABULOUS! No complaints this way. My next upcoming appointment in a few days I can't wait. She can SLAY a head!

Went to the Beauty Studio once and had a great experience. I made a second appointment with the same stylist when it was time to recolor, and was instead sent to an assistant, who kept dripping color on my hands, clothes, face, and neck. The color caused my skin to break out into an itchy rash, because she didn't wipe it off quickly enough. The water from the shampoo was streaming down my neck, getting on my clothes. Turned out that she didn't apply the color correctly. I was there for three hours while she re-applied/"fixed" the mistakes. I will never go back again. Ever.

So on Saturday I had an appointment at 12p.m .I arrived on time and been sitting for over an hour and a half and no one greeted me, said I'll be with you in a minute nor did I get my hair washed and dried until 2p.m. thts when the owner/operator asked wht I was getting..I told her and then had sat and waited another hour and still no service. I even called my girlfriend while I was furiously waiting for some service for her to come join me to get her hair done as a walk in..well long story short she left before me and still no wash and curl...Don't waste your time...unlesss you are a regular customer!!!! So disappointed in trying to support our black owned businesses.
