I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 2 years and have never been disappointed. JENNIFER IS THE BEST!! Great service from the entire staff as well. I always go to Jennifer to get my nails done. She does the BEST French Tip Ombre. Recently moved out of Madison and just got my nails done yesterday at Lucy Nails and they did a gel set in 20 min and it came out horrific. Never again!! Natural Nails/Jennifer take their time to make sure your nails come out perfect every single time. Will always drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here!!

Best nail salon in town... awesome pedicures. They take there time and do it right. They do an amazing job..I always go to Katie she does excellent work!

I went in there 30 minutes before they were to close, and they told me they weren't accepting people anymore.

Online and their sign says they close at 7:00 but they refused service at 6:00. They lost what could’ve been a lifelong customer since I just moved to the area.

This is the best pedicure nail salon I've ever been to. The man who did the pedicure was the best. I wish I'd gotten his name because I would recommend him specifically. I visited from out of state, but wish I lived nearby because I would make this a regular stop. The appointment lasted an hour!! YES...an hour of pampering. My nails look great. My whole body is relaxed! I just can't say enough about the wonderful experience. I couldn't believe the bill was only $20! I tipped huge because it was worth so much more!!! I HIGHLY recommend Natural Nails. Go out of your way, if you have to, but definitely go there!
