I called my mom crying because my finger nails looked so bad. The girl doing my nails just didn’t know what she was doing. I got a pedicure and that turned out beautifully. Just don’t get nexgen/dipping powder here! It’s not worth it.

I rarely treat myself to a mani/pedi. This place makes my 6yr old daughters nail painting look good, it’s that horrible. The 2diff ladies had an attitude and all I did was pick a color off the wall and sit like they said. They are lazy and rude, please don’t waste your money here. They got nail polish all around my toes and my new Guess sandals are didn’t even wipe it off. I don’t think you could find a place that could do as bad as they do if you tried

Been here a couple times they were okay, so I went back for a last minute full set. BUT I won't be back. I asked before service was provided "How much does it cost for a polish change on my toes, $6?" the lady said yes. I paid $8 for a polish change? $25 for a coffin set that really is square? $33 TOTAL and I tipped on top. You all have the audacity to go back in the room and talk about the customer bc I wanted to change my nail color? Yes talk about? the lady couldn't even look me in my face when she came back to check to see if my nails were dry and rushed my out so they could close. That's how i know. Oh and they closed 10 min early. OVERPRICED AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO SHAPES CORRECTLY. GO TO NEON NAILS DALLAS - ON WALNUT.

Staff is great. I have been coming here for 2 years. While they may not speak a lot of English but understand quality work.

Hated it...I had to go to the ER the next week after for a nail fungus. My right thumb nail turned black,falling off and I was in severe pain...NO LIE! Have the documentation, if I had the money to sue them I would...I got a manicure and full set that day... Serious Warning: My thumb nail is still black and won't grow😑stay away
