Extremely fast and the nail polish was awful. Thick in some places. Went for a refill on nail too and she charged me 60 because she put solar nails. Huh. I didn't have solar nails when I went in there. Don't know how this refill gonna work with solar over acrylic. She kept saying I came I with solar. I KNOW what I paid for and got at my house town salon. It was NOT solar. Process for.pedicure and refill was not relaxing. Took 35 minutes for both. Very fast and rushed. Would t come back here

When first entering I got a warm welcome so I thought the experience was going to be great! I usually only go to one salon in Ruston so I don't know if what I am going to say is acceptable everywhere but where I go.
First of all.... They did not use bags in the tub for my feet. Usually I wouldn't get a pedi without one but I was in desperate need of one.
The color selection was very small and they all looked like the picture attached. The color faded quickly and the paint started to chip.
My toes are usually a little sore from the cleaning but doesn't last longer than a day. It has now been 2 weeks and my toes are still sore and have a little dry pus on a couple (I got checked by a doctor and he said it will be fine just to clean it twice daily). The tools she used were opened when I got there so I am unsure if she cleaned them. I just prayed for the best.
My husband is usually allowed to sit by me so we can chat as long as the salon is slow. They even turn the water on for him. At this salon they made him sit away from me all the way at the door. We all sat in silence.
Overall bad experience.
*Edit - When I was ready to pay she said "You need your eyebrows done". I understand she is trying to make money but it was rude. I told her I only let 1 person do my eyebrows. (You can't trust just anybody with your brows.) After the rushed experience I had there I was definitely not going to try something new by letting her do them.

Not rushed at all. Of course we got in early. Me and wifey got pedicures, and she got her manicure. Bad part is her fingers had residue dried on to her fingers. She mentioned it to the guy and he was able to fix the issue.

Re-fill is $14.99. I was charged $26.00. When I questioned why, the older gentleman that did my nails, told me because he had to repair two nails. He only repaired/replaced one. The other one he simply put the acrylic over. The one he did replace was not filed to match the others. I only went because my regular nail place had an emergency. I will never go back to Nails So Happy.

I felt rushed the entire time. I had a gel manicure done, and when I put my nails in to dry she had me squeeze both hands in the dryer. I've never seen that done before.. she buffed my nails very aggressively and paid no attention to my already existing hangnail. It was bleeding within 5 minutes of sitting down. Also she didn't do a thorough job with my cuticles.
