My Teenage daughter came here to get her nails done for Homecoming at School. Her nails looked horrendously uneven and her nails bends hurt. Called to complain and was told to come back the next day, with an appointment time given. She arrived early for the appointment and waited over an hour. Still no refund or fixing of her nails. Buyer beware!!!!!! Very unprofessional. My family has made their last $35 mistake here.

My mom and I decided to go to a different salon than we usually do, hadn’t been to Diva Nails in years. Our experience wasn’t too bad, I ended up with Linda who was excellent, but my mom got this other woman who was rude and acted like her feet were so bad when they weren’t. I don’t know what her problem was, I know we all have an off day, but treat everyone with respect and especially if we are giving our money to you.

Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out in 20 mins because of the rushed, cheap job they did. 4 days later the gel polish is already chipping off. Biggest waste of $30. Do not go here ever.

The manager of this,shop gives no regards to customers request. I have been a customer here at least 3 tines and every time left disappointed. The first time an older gentleman did my nails and my hands were tender and scarred from not knowing how to use the drill. The second time I was asked to go back and forth between my pedi and my fill in to fit the managers schefule. I was told to ask to have my feet done first the next time. The third time I made that request and was still asked to do half of my fill in then my pedicure . After I complained the manager just walked away and never said anything else to me, like she was the customer. I will never visit this salon again and if you want good customer service I would not go to this establishment either. No concern for customers needs or request. She also cut my nails down and never trimmed the,sharp edges even after I asked her to.

They did amazing and my nails lasted so long they were clean I loved it😊😊😊
