Went in for a gel polish change on my nails and a pedicure. The good news is that I was able to be serviced immediately upon arrival but unfortunately the tech took over 2 hours to complete! Very unpleasant service and tacky work. I even had to ask for the polish to be wiped neatly around the outside of my nail bed and this is what I got. Worse experience yet!

They are really sweet in regard to customer service, but I must admit they rush your service and dont do as good a job with painting. I had to ask the lady to clean my nails up quite a bit and my nails weren’t at all soaked before my manicure. When i did ask if she soaked the nails, she brought a bowl of cold water over and let me (literally) DIP them before continuing lol. If you just need something done ASAP and they’re the only ones open in the area (with COVID going on) they’ll do if you just have the money to blow, but you won’t be wowed. This is a story we ALL know too well. If you care to, you can find better.

I went to this place one time because I was in a rush and was literally just passing by. Service was quick and done well. I have brittle nails so after a week 3 of my nails had chipped (of my own doing not due to the quality of their work). I went back in and explained, the male in fact dropped what he was doing and fixed my poor three nails and then charged me practically nothing! This has become my new nail salon based on their quality and professionalism

Absolutely love coming here , am always well taken care of , I been coming here for about 5 months I get my lashes and nail done by nina my lashes last for a month an a half my nail last me the same time. No complaints . customer is always 👍👍👍. I will definitely recommend to any one .
