LOST IN TRANSLATION! This is my second visit to this nail salon. I only returned because I was fortunate enough to have my nails done by Esther on my first visit. She was excellent. On this occasion Esther was not available and the owner was doing my refill on acrylic nails. She asked me 6 times to select a color! I was asking for a refill with red and glitter! SIMPLE I THOUGHT! She had no clue and kept on bringing me PINK! No customer service! I got up and left! Very disappointed. She only stays in business because of the wonderful professional ladies working for her. At least she hires well. Good Luck if you visit. Ask for Esther.

I have just been treated in the worst way a customer can be treated.
I've been coming to this place for over 3 years and it turns out that saying you don't like something is wrong.
They started with my feet and I showed the design I wanted for my hands and they said yes they could do it. First a lady would do it to me and she had to leave so they left me with a man.
He started well until another girl arrived who had an appointment with him. I noticed that he was in a hurry and doing everything possible to finish quickly despite the fact that I told him more than three times to please stop that I wasn't liking the nail service him. He told me it's okay i will finished soon.
I got up from the chair and politely told him, sir, take care of her appointment and please have someone else take this nail service away from me, I don't want it, I'll pay for it anyway, no problem, but I want it taken away.
Another girl attended me and in the middle of removing my nail work he called her from his office to tell her that she couldn't do anything to me and I need to leave the place.
The sad girl charged me for her work and he came out again to tell me never to go back to that place.
Just because I didn't like his bad service?
The guy was so disrespectful with me that I only can think of that poor girls that works for him and the way he must treat them all.

It was my first time here and I’m happy, my nails look like new.. The attention of the girls here is amazing! The quality of the products too..

Immediately after I left the salon my nails became warped. Nail techs name was Jani. Spent $58 on an acrylic gel set and returned the next day immediately. I could only return on my lunch break and I’m going on vacation so I didnt have the time to get it fixed all I wanted was a refund at least 50% ($28) mind you I spent a total $120 total in there on a gel feet polish change. I was very respectful although it took everything in me not to lash out or knock stuff over after having a 15 minute back and forth where the boss lady admitted multiples times that it was a bad job but refused to refund me anything. She finally settled on giving me back a measly $18 cash which for me it was the mere principal that this was unacceptable and not quality work at all. Literally so embarrassed to have been at work with these nails and can’t wait to have someone take it off for me. Terrible customer service and obviously bad work. Not to mention I didn’t even care for how it was done in the first place. Highly do not recommend.
