Very poor massage. Asked for a deep tissue massage, but I received a rub down. I left in the middle of the massage due to the lack there of there being an actual massage. Do not book online because there are better prices in store. Get a massage from your loved one this one’s not worth it.

Doug is a phenomenal massage therapist!! Almost hate to tell anyone because I don't want to share. Front office is kind and helpful. Location is very clean and calming.

First of all wonderful massage therapists(Shirleen and Russell) Now we got that out of the way. Absolutely terrible management and customer service. DO NOT get the membership here. Their true colors came out during the pandemic. I never leave bad reviews but here I am writing one today because I feel it is necessary for any customer who goes to this establishment to be aware of the management. The masseuse and staff are great and they're doing their job. So in March I had an appointment booked and it got cancelled because it fell on a day where the governor had ordered businesses to be closed. No biggie decided to cancel. The manager on the phone said "Why do you want to cancel? Why not suspend?" so she convinced me to suspend the membership and I obliged as I had a good experience otherwise with the massage therapists. 3 months later I am wanting to cancel while having the 65.00 dollar credit which I won't be able to use. They told me they needed to charge me for another month as it said so in the contract. One can understand that during these times of COVID I certainly don't want direct contact when we've been mandated to social distance and wear masks and I have family at risk at home. So when I asked to get the cancellation fee waived I was told I could not and told I had 30 days to use my credits while the pandemic is still ongoing and I won't be able to come in. So I am losing 65.00 which was a booked appointment. On top of that, I was told I had to pay 65.00 to cancel for a credit I can't use anyway. I would have respected this establishment more if they weren't so money hungry especially during these times.
7/31: The following reply is misleading: The manager left ONE voicemail on Tuesday after I called in on Saturday curious about a suspension and then they sent me a form on email for it. I wrote this review on Wednesday. The staff 2 weeks ago sent me an email regarding cancellation after I requested to speak with the manager and this is what the worker said I quote "there is no way" to void the fee and the manager never called me in that instance. They have not contacted me since this review was made 2 days ago and definitely not several times. And the only reason they would know who I am from my review is because they have seen my email stating the same things which they never cared to respond to but when I leave a review they do. I just want my account and membership closed and do not wish to come back.

Great massage that felt customized to my body’s needs. I didn’t feel rushed through my experience like I have at other places. Very clean and sanitary too!
