The door was locked when I showed up, not a good way to start during business hours. Then the cutical trimming on my toes was super painful not to mention she filed my skin and scrubbed my feet with the brush like I'd played in mud (ouch!). During the color she could paint the entire big toe on my left foot and I had to keep reminding her and at the end, come to find out the edges of my toes are rough and I will have to go home and file everything...ugh. Not returning!
P.S. I couldn't even sit next to my friend getting her pedi done too - only two people there and they sat us diagonally from each other.

I went in to see a particular tech based on a recommendation. The tech said she wouldn't do white tips on my nails like my friend had done. I should have walked out then but I called my friend to come down and show the tech what I wanted. Well she did a terrible job and left horizontal ridges in the gel polish and left my cuticles unattended which ment that they would snag everything as they grew out. I honestly had to file down the top area near my cuticle a few times to get it smooth enough. I was charged full price for a peticure that wasn't worth the price plus she left polish on my skin. The owner was nice but I never went back to request a refund. I definitely would discourage people from going to the tech I had. I will not put any names on blast here but please do research.

The gel nails only lasted a week and they filed the tops of my nails to nonexistence
