Let me start by saying that the guy who did my pedi did a great job. However...
I wish they would have just told me they couldn’t do gel extensions. The lady who did my nails repeatedly mentioned acrylics being easier...which should have been my first red flag. She was out of the appropriate tips so she used stiletto tips and clipped them, poorly I might add, into coffin shaped. The finished product was lumpy and really a hot mess, but it looked decent enough from a distance that I just kept it. Filed them off weeks later only to find that my natural nail had been filed so low that they were sore. I know it wasn’t my filing because I couldn’t even get all of the gel off. It’s been at least a month and my nails, which are usually quite strong and grow to be pretty long on their own, are so damaged and brittle I have to keep cutting them low just so they won’t keep getting snagged on things. Worst of all, she filed the sides of my nails so much for the coffin shape that some of my nails now flair at the tips of my fingers. I’m afraid that my nail beds will never be the same! IF YOU ARE NOT SKILLED OR EQUIPPED FOR A SERVICE, DON’T DO IT!

Perfect location. Parking behind salon. Mayra was an angel, plus my nails look amazing. The place itself is quite large and feels really clean. I’d definitely recommend Z Nail Salon to anyone in the East Valley. 💞

Great multi-service nail salon! Techs seem relaxed, which is a sign of good management. I'm there regularly.
