Booked an appt early in the week to make sure I got the 10" plus install for $125 special. Knowing that everything would be included was great since I'm always on the run. However, when I got there they didn't have the hair available and wouldn't substitute a longer length since the 10" wasn't available. Make sure you call ahead to see if they have the hair you want. This inconvenience resulted in me having to go across the street to try and choose something quickly from a very slim selection. I'll give it 3 starts since the first time I went there I had a great experience with Tamara, which made me want to return. Not sure if I would go back again. If I do, I'm definitely bringing my own hair.

Colleen is a great stylist!!! She was professional and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and happy the entire time she was styling my hair. She did a fabulous job and will definitely go back.

I would not book an appt there especially not with Alexsus J. I asked for a versatile partial sew in. She tied my braids way too tight even after asking her several times not to. Worst migraine of my life. I was in tears and when I told her I needed it fixed she said she didn’t see irritation or bumps so it’s not too tight?!. I had to go to another salon to fix what she did. She left half the braids without netting and didn’t lay it flat so string and tracks were easily visible and she didn’t color the hair to match my hair my own. It was the worst sew in I’ve ever had. For biracial hair or for people that don’t want their hair treated extremely rough GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, like Cherry Hill or Philly. This place was too just too ghetto, I hate to say.

My first experience in the salon was today and it is unforgettable and by far the very best experience that I have had as a customer at a hair salon.
I arrived on time and had less than a 10 minute wait time. The environment was friendly, fun and professional. I had microbraids done by the very talented Camille A. She finished in less than 4 hours! I love my hair. She took the time to help me find colors to blend to get as close as possible to the auburn color that I wanted. She also took the time to provide me with hair care advice for my own dry scalp and for the upkeep of my new style.
The salon was very clean and I observed the floor was swept 3 separate times just within the 4 hours that I was there. I was also offered beverages and snacks 3 separate times.
The hair styling is great and the prices are reasonable.
Conveniently located on Route 38, I have found my new salon and I recommend that you make this your salon too.

My wife went here and had a great experience...service was tremendous and staff was very friendly! Highly recommended!
