Absolutely the best nail experience I've had in Enfield. The owner did my pedicure and was both friendly and talented!! I can't wait for a second visit!!

Do Not Waste Your Time or Money.
Called to book an appointment like usual. I told the women who answered "can you take us in 10 minutes for two people who need pedicures?" She said it wouldn't be a problem and to come in 10 minutes. We showed up on time. She was working on another woman's nails and asked us to pick a color. We both took our time picking out a color and waited for more staff to come out to help etc. 10 minutes pass and I politely asked the women when she thought she would be ready because I didn't want to be late for another appointment I made for after our pedicures. In a rude tone she said for us to "wait on sofa". I politely mentioned we had called and reminded her that she said she would take us. She repeated for us to wait longer "on sofa". Then she proceeded to complain about us to the women who's nails she was working on. We were flabbergasted. Guess she thought we couldn't hear what she was saying. "When you come in you wait on sofa" "you need to wait", and on and on. We were really confused. Why would she say it was ok to come in 10 minutes if she couldn't take us and we had to "wait on sofa"? Ridiculous. We put our nail polishes back and had to walk out. The mere fact that she spoke to us disrespectfully when we were being polite was not right. To complain about about us when we stood right there was uncalled for. To make us wait when she told us she had time was very unprofessional. We will never go back. We both used to go here 1-2 times a month and tipped very well. I don't think she realized she lost 2 customers and all their friends & family.
Once again, don't waste your time or money, eventually they'll burn you too.

My nails came out crappy AGAIN. I wanted to come back to give it another shot but, it was worse then 5 months ago. 2 other people were there with me. Even though I came after them no one did their mani, and pedis even though there were employees but, on their phones. I was suppose to get blue acrylic coffin shaped nails that were matte but, I got squared shaped nails with purple gel polish... The lady who was doing my nails also messed up my nails. She made one of them dent and all of them uneven. She also made a nail crooked. When I got home ON THE SAME DAY the “gel” polish chipped off!!! I wish I could give them Zero stars but, I couldn’t so I had to give them One star. I will definitely, 100000% never go to this place. I DON’T RECOMMENDED coming here.

I didn't feel like l had a spa experience. I didn't get a massage. Just my toes painted. It looked like I done it myself. The toe nails aren't even. You get what you pay for, and I didn't feel like the bowl was sanitized are the tools. Usually the technician open up a blue bag in front of you. Not this place. They also do not have a bag in the bowel. First and last time coming back. It's a reason their always empty.
