Consistent with my earlier post, I have no problem with the Nail Luxury's paint job. The issue is with the customer service, which has for several year been below average. Recently I called the day before to book 2 appointments for 3 pedicures. I asked the woman on the phone if there was availability at 10am. In response she said, "How about 4pm?" I told her we were looking for mid-morning on Sunday. In response she said, "How about Monday?" I told her we would just walk in at 10am. She confirmed that they would accept walk ins. When we walked in for the pedicures the woman at the front desk had us pick our colors and wait 10 minutes. Then she said, "We don't have availability for walk ins." Meanwhile they only had 4 technicians available at opening on Sunday. The customer service is so poor here that we are finally finding another studio in which to have our nails done.

Im within walking distance of this place but I drive to a place farther away. Customer service not great and my french manicure gel turned dark the next day. So sorry for 3 stars. :(
