I've been going to happy Nails for a while. Today, I entered the establishment at 6:17 PM just for a simple toe polish no gel just simple no pedicure they refuse to see me. They said we take our last client at 6:30. I said it's 6:17 he said do you want full set? I said no I just want toe polish. He said oh come on then the owner said no I said again y'all close at seven she said no said something in their language I did understand 30 minutes. It has never taken them that long for toe polish. . I've been going there had no problems until today.

Hate to be a Karen but this is the worst set of nails I have ever had done. Uneven and they look grown out. I normally go to Kenly nails 10x better. Not to mention as I’m sitting there and there Is a DEAD BUG by my hand. Unsanitary, unsatisfied and overall disgusted. I would NEVER recommend anyone go there..
Update* I went back and they redid them, love them. But won’t be going back because of the bad experience

The staff was very friendly and did a great job! I took my 10 y/o and my sister to get nails done. My kiddo got her nails done and a Pedi. We love their work and the attention they gave us. My child was traumatized by Perfect 10 in Smithfield, but this place was very kind and compassionate towards her! They were patient and took their time to make us happy! THANK YOU!

I am so disappointed!!!! I am never going back there. The lady rushed on my nails and my toes, She did not correctly remove the gel nails and she placed the acrylic over my old nails. I am super disappointed.

I am not happy with Happy Nails. I went there on Monday to get a full set done. I am very unhappy with the results. None of my nails are the same length or size. I also had asked for a design on a couple nails and the nail tech did not listen to me. The design is supposed to be a bright flower and instead it looks like a blob of light colors.
On top of this, one of the nails popped off yesterday so I went back to get it fixed. They fixed it but when asked if they could fix the design they were going to charge another $10 and I said no. Immediately they started talking about me and looking at me but I couldn't understand them since they weren't speaking English. I shouldn't have had to spend my money and have them talk about me in negative way to my face. When the guy was finally finished repairing my nail, he said "you're done" as if he was dismissing me. I will never go there again. I do have pictures.
