Super bummed...loved the fact I made an appointment online and was able to. I hadn't come to the fact I've moved to the high desert and needed to change my hair stylist and brow stylist but bit the bullet To save money. BIGGEST MISTAKE. I made an appointment online changed it, so I could have someone with four five star reviews. So after driving 25 minutes to Apple valley to try out a new place and a new stylist I was disappointed. Not only did it take a couple minutes to be greeted but I was told by the person I made an appointment with (whom accepted the appointment the day before by the way) saying he didn't have any wax. Clearly, I put an eye brow wax. At this point he continued to tell me that I'd be with someone different....it would've been nice to have a call possibly earlier in the day saying, "hey I forgot I had said yes to the appointment and could care less about your first experience here". (That's how I took it anyways). I'm an upbeat and happy person as It is but when it comes to my money I'm not pleased. The girl I had been put with had great personality but I specifically told her not to do my brows thin. I'm more of a fuller side. My friend came to back me up. Melanie did not make them stay on the fuller side. I left with thin brows. So here I am with barely any brows and I have to take pictures with my nieces in a couple days. When and doubt don't trust new places in the high desert. I don't care how many awesome reviews it has. I won't be coming here for my hair cuts or anything else. TRUST YOUR HEART. STICK WITH YOUR NORMAL PEOPLE. DRIVE THE EXTRA FORTY MIN. Now I have to grow my brows out. I wish I could've given a better review. I was so excited too. :(

I've only had ONE good experience here and that's with a woman named Christina who cut my hair about 2 years ago, but she does not work their anymore. My sister in law went here to get her hair cut and dyed a few years ago & the woman there told her she couldn't do what she wanted and continued to dye her hair another way (that she hated). Next, I walked into the salon to ask if they could do a fill on my nails I got done at euphoria nails (which I would recommend!) & the lady there looked at my nails from a couple feet away and said "I can already tell by the quality that i can't fill them" in the RUDEST tone.... & the other day my mother called and asked about a woman named Paige she got her cut by and the receptionist said "Nope, no Paige here" and my mom said are you sure she was working there not too long ago, and the receptionist replied "No Paige here" instead of politely saying "I'm sorry, Paige doesn't work here anymore how can I help you?" Seriously are y'all just hiring the b*tchiest people you possibly can? I'm suprised this place hasn't been shut down. So rude and the staff is ALWAYS changing its never a consistent staff and people are always coming and going and I think that goes to show what type of work environment they are in if they never stay for long.

I have been to this salon on two occasions: once for a haircut a couple years ago and once for a gel manicure which was today. Both times I was not disappointed. Nicole did my hair and Sean did my manicure exceptionally! I've never been to a location that actually took their time to make sure everything was perfect and I was 100% happy before leaving. I have yet to try their spa services, but I'm sure it will be equally enjoyable!

Absolutely loved Melanie H. I came in with severely damaged hair and looking for a pixie cut. I have very thick coarse hair and I’ve had a few places that just couldn’t get it right. She did an amazing job I won’t go to anyone else ever again! I’ve had so many compliments on my new look. She even cut it in a way I can style it a few different ways if I want.

Diane was great! I love my cut! Salon is very nice and clean! They do everything here...I will be back!
