This people are unprofessional. Don’t know one thing about customer service. They just know how to paint nail. Rude and careless. How can the paper state $25 for full set and i soon as you grab my fingers , you gonna want to charge me 35$ ? Because i want my nail not too short. Telling me « too long more money because unsafe“ Since when ????
I sat down for a full set cos i saw $25.
Only care about the dollar not the people..

Horrible horrible customer service. None of them can speak English nor say one correct simple sentence to anybody. They be speaking their bird language and talking about you. I went for a full set. Price shown was 25$. When it was time to cut the fake nail down, i told her i wanted it meduim and she told me its gonna be 10$ more.like really? She cut it all the down and when i started reacting , they made me pay before they even finished the job. I was in a hurry for a birthday party or i would have showed them things in that shop today. Unprofessional people

Got my nails done last night, customer service was horrible. The whole time I was there the lady who was doing my nails didn’t talk to me at all. I asked the different prices for the different shapes of nails and I got no reply. I also talked to my friend who was getting her nails done as well and we discussed how we were getting acrylic and they gave us both gel. As soon as she finished she got up and walked away and left me sitting there for 10 minuets. She didn’t check my nails to see if they were dry and one of them was not. I woke up this morning and had an air bubble over half of my nail and now the paint is peeling. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had!

This is the absolute WORST place you could go to get your nails done! When i sat down they handed me colors to look at and the girl repeatedly asked me what color i wanted before I even got the chance to look and was getting mad at me for not knowing the color I wanted. I asked her why she was rushing me and she began to talk in a foren language to another employee. A couple minutes later she had begun to but the acrylic on my nails and the fake nail she had put on started to come off and she continued to put the acrylic on the nail. I am not even half way through my experience and it is already THE ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! 100/10 DO NOT recommend!!!

I always schedule my appt. with Trang. She is faboulous, quick and makes beautiful designs!
