Awful. Barely touched my heal with the pumice and I'm not exaggerating. Less than 5 seconds and told me she couldn't do any more. Left my feet very rough. When she "massaged" lotion into my feet and legs, she applied no pressure, less than petting a cat. Then I asked for a pink French, and ALL they had was a blah, peach neutral tone. When I said I wanted it more pink, she directed me to go find it myself (of which they didn't even have anyway). I honestly felt like I wasted $33 on barely more than a disappointing, glorified polish change.

Chair 3 doesn't work for massage. This was the fastest pedicure I ever had with the extra reflexology. My polish was a mother pearl finish ( transparent) which means at least 2 coats to get intended color. I had to request for the second coat. So when she motions me to move to dryer, I inquired about a top coat. She said it was on. Not, she never put a clear coat on top of polish. First and last time. Did I mention, their chairs are old and very worn, physical and mechanical.

Not happy. She didn't finish taking off all of my nail polish before starting the anc so i have spots of old nail polish still showing. Most of my nails aren't covered all the way. Very thick bumby nails. Will not be going back
