Terrible place to go.
I had gone in for a haircut with my girlfriend, she was getting color done. I'm extremely cautious of who cuts my hair but my gf insisted I go with her. I saw a couple of young female stylists that looked like they knew what they were doing and when I requested them, this middle eastern woman, Susan, said "I'm sorry Honey. They cannot cut your hair, I can do it." I asked if there was anyone else, she pointed to 2 other older stylists but she was the younger of the 3 so I went with her even though my gut was saying stay away from the older stylist!!!!
Terrible hack job! I wanted something young and fresh and she gave me an old and blah mullet with choppy layers. What makes it worse, she colored my girlfriend's hair and messed that up too. I had to accompany her back to the salon the following day and when we asked Susan to fix it, she said, "What? No. I think this is good. You look great!" When my girlfriend said she wasn't happy, Susan said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do." When we insisted we speak to the manager or owner, she replied, "I am the owner."
I would not recommend this place ESPECIALLY when the owner doesn't even know what she's doing!
