I really like this place a lot, I came to get my nails done every 2 week in this salon, they have many colors to choose. I always got my nails done in the way I wanted, very good and professionally tech name Flower. Very friendly and nice. I think she is the best nail tech in this salon. Very satisfied customer.

This is the worst nail salon in The Concord/Charlotte area. My boyfriend and I both went in for services this evening and we both left totally disgusted. I received a full set that had acrylic caked up and all over my cuticles. Even after drilling and filing the acrylic literally sat high on top of the nail In addition she left acrylic underneath each nail and after me complaining several times my middle nail was still crooked.The gel polish had bubbles in it and I had to ask her for another coat bc you could see through it. My boyfriend received a pedicure and the lady clipped the skin on his toe then filed his toe nail down too far. I asked for a manager to express my dissatisfaction but was told there was not one available. Customer service and nail quality both deserve a negative 4 score. This was my first and last experience with this establishment. Do not allow them to take your money!!

Please don't waste your money here. I paid the most I've ever paid at any nail salon--- $80 for a simple pedicure w/gel polish & gel nail polish on my natural nails- they didn't even have to put tips on. It's only been 4 days and the gel polish on my fingernails is already lifting around the nail bed and has peeled off in a couple places! I work in an office & am not rough on my nails so there is NO excuse for this! Not only that but it was not even smooth and professional looking when I first had it done; it looks like an amateur painted my nails. It's lumpy & thick in certain areas, thin in others. I got white tips painted over pink & the white tips are so transparent you can see the polish underneath- it needed two coats to be done correctly but she was in a hurry & only did one coat of the white(but still charged me extra for it). I feel cheated, I'll never go there again. I do a better job myself at home for free...

This place isn’t even worth rating 1 star. The customer service is the worst i’ve ever seen, their sign clearly says $25 for a full set of acrylics and they charged $35, so I asked why it was different and they said because of the “length”, but someone else that was in there with us was getting the same thing, same length done for $25. After arguing with this one lady who I couldn’t even understand, someone who I think was the manager finally said $30 is the final price and they were threatening to call the police, but for what? I would recommend going to the other salon at the other end of the mall.

I don’t even want to give them one star. Don’t go here these are the worst type of people to do business with. Went one time with a friend and will NEVER go back. First off I overheard them talking bad about and laughing at many customers which if you’re going to do don’t do it so other people can hear it. The lady that did my nails was the second wrong thing. She spoke English perfectly until it was time for me to pay and she charged me an extra $5 for my nails being “long” when I had just got the set put on and they weren’t long at all. She did my nails without telling me there was an upcharge and that’s what rubbed me the wrong way. You don’t do that everyone knows when something is an upcharge you let them know before proceeding because what if I didn’t have the extra $5? There was an extra $2 added into my total and she couldn’t even tell me what is was for. So I had to come out of pocket $7 for nothing so she didn’t get a tip. The 3rd thing I seen while there that pissed me off was an elderly lady getting a pedicure and you could tell she was very old and didn’t know about much that was going on and was being treated by her son. As I’m getting my toes done her son leaves and I overhear her asking the nail tech why is she putting her toes in the light ( lamps for gel over her toes) and the lady told her it was for gel because gel is better and last longer and the elderly lady looked so confused and said “what is gel ? who told you I wanted that ?” After I seen that I paid my money and left and will never return and neither should you because these people are unethical and WILL get over on you. The worst type of people to do business with.
