Horrible experience, I was a walk in at 9am. And the lady barely spoke English. Super dirty in there. Made me sit on an office chair instead of the pedi spa chairs. Even though I pointed at them and said do those not work? The nail polish was old and dusty no variety of colors. Then another lady came in who spoke more english and so I asked her do the spa chairs not work and she told me yes and said it’s more expensive. And I told her ok well i don’t mind paying more, why didn’t she say that and her excuse was she doesn’t speak good English. But what i don’t understand is how did she under stand everything else i said. At least have a menu with prices if your not going to have English speaking people. They made me feel like I was being stereotyped and just assumed I couldn’t afford it. After already feeling some type of way about it being dirty in there plus not having any colors and feeling stereotyped I decided to not give them my business. And as I was walking out they were speaking their language and laughing. I highly recommend people who can afford a little more then 20 bucks for a pedi to go elsewhere. That place and the employees are disgusting not just the shop but the way they treat customers.

I've been going to just nail shop over 35 years and the same person does my nails all the time in my big she take her time she do my eyebrows she's very great she does my daughter and my grandchildren toes and nail she's the best

My Niece, who recently moved to L.A., took the advice from a good friend that Tip O Nails was the place to go. She was spot on! Mani/Pedi was perfect! My Niece definitely found her nail shop!

Service was ok..but they weren't very professional. Although I had been waiting over an hour ..they stl put two people before me that came in after me..so I walked out.
