Overall the service was lacking and not impressive. The biggest issue was the price switching, which I see other people have been complaining about. We asked what the different price levels were for pedicures as we were sitting down getting our feet washed. The gentleman told us $20 for the basic, then $40, and $50. We went with the $20 for the youngest girl in our group and the $40 for the other 3 of us. After the service when we went to pay the same gentleman told us it would be $25 for the basic and $38 for the other 3. It evened out so that was fine but my Aunt asked why they had told us a different price and the gentleman denied ever saying that, trying to show us the menu after the fact. He even asked the other 3 employees if they had told us the wrong price even though he was the one who did it. Just annoying that they can't tell us the correct price to begin with or admit that they told us the wrong price.
In terms of the overall service it was pretty generic. I've seen other salons do more for the same price in terms of shaving dead skin off your feet - this place does not do that. The employees were kind of demanding and didn't say much to us or seem very thrilled to be there in general. I always have a better experience when the employees are friendly and seen to enjoy their work.

So when I first stopped in the venetian nails the decor is beautiful do you staff is friendly and kind and the nail technicians foot rubbing skills are amazing my only complaint for my pedicure is two days after I got it my toenails started chipping as well as one of my toenails was broken by the nail technician .
As for my full set they charged me $50 for Matt black nails which I find highly out rages and overpriced -the next day after I got my manicure (my $50 manicure )my nails started chipping ,two days after that my nail started falling off any time I washed my hands! Some of my nails are broken under the acrylic.

I have been coming here for several months, and I love it!! They are attentive and good! I love the dips they do fo your nails.

I used to come to this salon when I was in high school and I loved it, after recently moving back to Iowa I decided to go again - WORST decision. The customer service is awful. My nails were wonky and looked absolutely terribly. Will not ever being going there again.

Told us it would be a 10 minute wait and waited for about 30 instead. Getting pedicures is supposed to be relaxing and our water was cold. The
staff was not very hospitable either.
