Had a good experience- I went at a time the salon wasn’t busy so I was helped right away. The staff was very friendly and I didn’t feel rushed as I got a mani and pedi.

I went here to get a gel manicure removed. There was no one in the salon when I got there. The person working was extremely slow and rough with my hands. When she hadn't soaked my nails long enough to have removed the gel she started trying to and when it didn't budge much she said it was because I must not have had a gel manicure like I told her....once she started actually working on my nails she realized that it was indeed gel, just like I said. I was very polite to her and I think she just thought I was yet another tourist that she is allowed to be rude to. I left the salon with gel nail polish still on my nails even though I had to pay the $10. I must be a really nice person since I tipped her $1 after she asked me even though I could have done a better job myself. For free.

Went to get a Brazilian wax done and left with stubble, and hairs still left between my thighs. It felt really rushed and like the woman didn't want to do it. She said she would tweeze the hairs left. She left the room and came back 10 minutes later and asked me why am I still here. I'm like you said you were going to tweeze the hairs still left. So she half assed it and I'm looking at my pubic area like can you just wax the hairs?????? There's A LOT of hairs still there. I paid for a Brazilian and basically got a half assed 'bikini' wax since there's still hairs on my inner thighs and butt. When I rub my hand on it it feels like I shaved. It feels like there's stubble there. It's supposed to feel smooth as a baby's skin. This was a half assed job AND she wanted tip. I paid her $43 plus $5.00 tip which I shouldn't because it was very unprofessional. I asked for a BRAZILIAN. But she didn't even finish my ass. She just rushed the top and left to finish someone else's foot. Don't go to this place. They are very unprofessional.
