HAIR was absolutely perfect for my wedding day. Leanza did my hair, and Jackie did my makeup. The trial we did a month before the wedding felt comfortable, positive, and fun. Each stylist listened to my feedback and ideas so professionally and kindly, but also gently made suggestions that I ended up loving and choosing. They gave me time, which as a bride, meant a lot. They took time to listen to me, get to know my style, and try new things when I wasn't a fan. The day of the wedding was incredibly fun, HAIR had the salon for us from 10:00- 1:30. They played our music, they laughed with us, my sister brought champagne, orange juice, and snacks, and they served it all, gave us plates, and cups, and offered tea, coffee, and water throughout. HAIR has become the salon I will go to when I am home, and want anything done. The people there are kind, positive, and incredibly talented. I am so thankful for them.

The best hair salon in Richmond. The owner and all of the employees are welcoming and always offer tea, coffee, etc while we wait. We’re always greeted with smiles and the place is amazing.

Best staff in Richmond, so nice an professional. Jacquie is who I see and she is amazing with stylish men's cuts. I love that they confirm your appointments and send out automated reminders.

Love this place! Ended up randomly making a nail appointment and was blown away when I got there. Now I’m addicted, I’ve been back several times. This place just feels like luxury. The owner is so nice along with everyone that works there. I’m always offered water, coffee, tea, etc. Everything looks very chic. Went for my first hair appointment the other day with Leanza and she did an amazing job! My boyfriend has also started getting his haircut there and always comes home looking great. Love that all the products are natural as well. I would highly recommend to anybody for hair or nails!

I relocated from Kansas City a year ago.
I have had extensions for 7 years and I went through 3 different salons before I found HAIR the Salon .
the most professional experience I have encountered , very detailed about providing the best styles and extensions and most important customer service .
I would highly recommend this salon .
I am getting my second full set next week and I couldn't be happier. Charles is excellent and has very talented staff as well.
Extensions are expensive, and for me time and money are very important . I am so happy I found someone who cares about the person and the product .
5 stars and then some!!!
