They're kinda hit or miss. First time I went I really liked them, enough to go back for a second time, and that time they were good enough to go back a 3rd time. 3rd time I went with a friend and they were kinda rude to her, they told her while doing her nails that the boss told them to rush doing them. Then when we were drying are toes, they didn't come to help put the plastic bags on after, not a big deal, I'm perfectly capable of doing it myself but I have never been to a place that didn't help you with that.

I’ve never been to a nail salon before, where you walk in and ask for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they stare at you blankly, then eventually give you a price, then you say ok, and they say come back tomorrow..... it was like I walked in an asked for a home loan or something. Weirdest interaction I’ve ever had. Needless to say, after blank stares and watching 3 people not doing anything deny service, I left.... so weird.

I had a appt at 9:30 they were 1/2 hour late to open. Girl took over 2 hours for a gel fill. They tried to over charged me by 40.00. The man was rude , must be a owner. Never apologized.

Stay away! Rude & terrible service. The polish on a gel manicure turned black after 2 days when I went back for a polish change I was told I had to pay for a full manicure. Besides not trying to compensate me in any way for the terrible job and bad polish I did not even receive a full manicure but was expected to pay full price. When I refused I was asked "do you not understand a gel manicure is $30?" Dispicable! Will never spend another dollar at this salon
