First time waxing my underarms and it was a lovely experience. Jazmin explained the entire process and was great!! Will be coming back and have told my friends to check out their local EWC.

I was a walk-in and could not be happier with the service I recieved here. The front desk receptionist was so friendly and accomodating - she explained that that there were two people in front of me and invited me to sit and wait in the immaculately clean waiting room. She was so engaging I felt like I was chatting with an old friend! When Karen, the technician, came out, she was lovely. Once brought in the back I was again impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. My service trook approximately 15 minutes and was very professional. The end result was on par woth services I have had at Bliss and other “high end” spas and was affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
