I love this place! I have had Karen for my pedicures and manicures and she doesn't disappoint. She will have you joking and singing along to radio. Unfortunately due to their hours of operation I am not able to get there as often as I would like during the week. I would still recommend them especially Karen!

I had the gentleman do a fill in and simple design showed him the picture of what I wanted, asked if he could do the shape and design, he agreed that he could. My nails looked like lego blocks when he was done, I asked for a coffin shape and 2 toned color. I expressed that I was unhappy with my nails the ladies asked if I could come back to have them fixed and charged me a second time for my nails, so I ended up paying $60 for a fill in and simple design. (That’s more than a full set and design normally) then refused to discount even the design the next time I came in to get a full set and pedicures for my daughter and myself. Karen is the best employee they have and actually listens to what you are asking for vs doing whatever they want.

I tried talking to someone at the store and was completely ignored and told they knew I wanted to discuss what happened. I was pushed aside and not spoken too at all while I was there. Learn more and better customer service and you would have had a super loyal customer who brought in more customers. My husband is of the military community so I could have spread the word of mouth throughout that community and really helped but with the lack of customer service and rude attitudes I’d rather just go through the hundreds of other shops around Fayetteville who know how to at least give the customer the time of day especially when they are about to spread $100+ for a new set of nails and pedicure.

i enjoyed my visit . although there was an employee there that was a little rude about doing my nails like i requested , since it was after closing and she was ready to go home . the owner of the establishment stepped in and did them for me . and they turned out MUCH better ! she was very patient with me and my request , even though it was after closing time ! overall that staff is respectful and sweet and considerate . my nails and toes look great ! i will be returning .

Came here to get my nails done and ended up getting dip powder and the nail tech did a beautiful job. I could tell she took pride in her work and wanted it to be perfect which was achieved. Its very unlikely I will go anywhere else in the future. Staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and services are reasonably priced.

Four Seasons is now my preferred nail place. Karen did my pedicure and she was fantastic! She listened to what I wanted, was great to chat with while she worked, and my toes looked great. 10/10 would recommend!
