My daughter and I came here on a Monday afternoon, where my daughter got acrylic tips and powder dip polish (we didn't ask for powder dip polish, they just gave it to her for some reason), and I got a gel manicure and pedicure, both of which were to be done as a French manicure. We had different technicians doing our nails... I had a very young girl who did not speak any English at all, which is kind of normal for places like this, and is not even a part of my lack of satisfaction. My mani/pedi gel French manicure took OVER TWO HOURS. Which, also isn't my biggest complaint... I'm pretty positive that this is the first time this technician had done a French manicure with gel. First, the tech painted the tips of my toenails white, then she went OVER the white with the pink that normally only goes over the bed of the nail. I had to ask for her to repaint the tips white again, as they were tinted pink at that point. Then, she did my finger nails completely differently by using a white artist brush-type polish (the type that you do intricate designs with, which has the long thin brush), so it took about an hour just to do the white tips, which were all different thicknesses and shapes. Lastly, I didn't see even one tool being opened out of a new package, or a sanitizer. The tools she used were just being kept in a dusty tray. For a gel French manicured mani/pedi, and a set of full acrylics, it came out to $125, before any tip. This price would be acceptable, had I seen new tools being used, let alone the fact that the tech that did my nails had absolutely no experience doing what I had asked for. I will note that my daughter was very pleased with her technician's ability and with getting to experience the powder dip polish... also, they were all very nice, as far as I could tell with the little English that was spoken.. this is why this place even gets 1 star for me. We won't return.

Came here on a Saturday after for a pedicure and there was no wait. Ashley did my deluxe pedicure and gave me the the best message. I will for sure be coming back.

I love coming here. I, of course, have my favorite people to do my nails; however, in general, everyone is pretty good!
