I would give this zero stars if I could. I went in to get gel done I had previous had dip on my nails. For one they tried taking it off with nail polish remover and not acetone. They cut my nails way to short, after I had been working for months to grow them out. They were going to put the gel on with my nails all crooked, so I asked them if they could make them straight and she said they were fine. I didn’t feel comfortable so I told them to just charge me for what they did so far, I paid $15 for them to ruin my real nails.

I go here for " gelish" nails. They do a beautiful job for $30 + tip. They are friendly, but busy. Best to make an appointment. I've also been happy with their pedicurez.

Had a shellac manicure done today and it looks like I have a weeks worth of regrowth already. Not close to the cuticle at all.

Made an appt a couple months ago. Got there and she asked what I needed done. Told her I wanted a full set. She said she was to busy for that and I would need to come back later. Maybe she should've asked what I needed on the phone instead of wasting my time and going all the way there? On top of it... super rude and unprofessional. Went to a place in Adrian instead.
Last week I decided to give them another chance. Maybe she was just having a bad day that other day? Wrong. Called to make an appt. It was a simple question. "What is the latest appt I can get today?" She acted like she was so annoyed that she had to speak to a potential customer. Someone who would've been a loyal regular customer. She was one of the rudest women I've ever dealt with. For absolutely no reason besides that I was asking for an appt.
I have NEVER written a bad review on any business, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth that I had to put my experience out there. They might want to think about hiring someone who knows how to professionally and kindly answer phones and make appointments? Or maybe they are doing so great that they have no need for any additional clients? Either way... the super friendly employees at the salon I ended up going to in Adrian got great tips from me and a regular customer now.

Walked in off the street and was able to get my daughters nails fixed right then and there.
