I have been coming here for over 5 years now and the service has always been fantastic, and the staff is incredible. Courtney is amazing and always makes it an enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a stylist who is experienced and can help you make decisions on what would look best, this is your gal. Additionally when Courtney was unavailable other staff provided the same excellent service in her absence. I highly recommend this Salon.

Michelle has been cutting my hair for 7 years now and always does a great job. She is social and professional, exactly what one would want!
The entrance moved from inside the grocery store to just outside it now, and the renovations they did look great.

I have been going to Nu Waves for 14 years. I started going there when my son was a baby because the salon I was previously going to would not allow me to bring my child to the hair station! When I called Nu Waves (back then it was Shear Waves) they said "Absolutely, bring your child!".
When I first went I was welcomed like family. You will immediately notice everyone knows each other- it's like family:) The staff has barely changed since I started going there. That speaks volumes about the ownership!
Hair stylists are cutting edge and pricing is extremely competitive! They offer all hair services, nail services, make up, etc. They even offer a green (natural) treatment for keratin straightening!
Do yourself a favor and go once! You will immediately feel welcomed and will leave feeling great about your hair!

I went in expecting to do some serious hair therapy for my long locks. I recently decided to start going back to my natural hair color and knew I might need some color correction/highlights or low lights and definitely a cut. I went to Chardonnay and she did such a good job. It turned out she just threw a toning shampoo on and cut off my dead ends and voilá I'm back to my low maintenance beautiful hair I knew I could get!! Great location easy scheduling and there's a food market close by if you're not afraid to venture outside while you've got your hair in foils for some substinence during those long hair appointments!!
