I have had my nails done a few times here and I'm not sure why I returned. On my last visit I was asked to leave the salon and come back another day. I understand that's they were busy, and I was willing to wait, but I don't see a reason why it was ok for them to be so rude. Quality of the hand massage was weak as well. If you're looking for a good nail salon, there are many others in the area you can visit.

acrylic nails fell off in the first week. they always cut me whenever i got fills. they do have a very nice selection of polishes, i guess a friendly staff as well, but not the place for me.

Horrible nail salon, horrible staff. Came two hours before close and was sent away due to them being "too busy" with no one waiting. Will never go back to this nail salon. Even worst, their chairs are horrible and the nail techs are rude. I will gladly take my money and business elsewhere. I never leave reviews but this place inspired me to. No one should waste money on this dump.

I made an appointment for acrylic nails and polish. Upon arrival I got seated right away...that was the only good point...from there it went down hill. The instruments/tools were dirty and unsterile. I saw many violations for sanitation regulations. Worse, the staff is incredibly rude and extremely rough. I was burned by the dermel tool and bled from being cut. I was manhandled and had my fingers twisted and pulled. The manicurist kept yelling at me for flinching and pulling back in pain. I said "you're hurting me, can you be more gentle." She did not try to be gentle. I have tattoos so I know how to sit still through pain, so for her to make me squirm in pain...what does that tell you. I left there burned, bloody, and sore. It was my first and last time there. Ironically, weeks later I ran into someone that had the same experience there, so it wasn't a fluke. Avoid this place.

Awesome professional staff! Kim is the best does such a great pedicure
