I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN POOR POOR SERVICE....They told me one price then once I was done they gave me another price. They wanted to charge me $30 for a color change and using my real nails. They had a person do my nails that didn’t know what she was doing. Every time I asked a question no one understood English. Until I told them about them trying to over price me for a color change that says on their wall for prices $10 but they wanted $30. One of the ladies just came up to me and started to massage me and I told her No Thank you. She came to the register at the end and tried to have them add in a massage that I declined. It’s very sad that people who Own a business feel they can treat their customers wrong. But if it wasn’t for the customers they couldn’t run their business. Don’t waste your time at this place

I will NEVER go here ever again. I went for a simple eyebrow wax and the lady made them look WORSE then how I came. When I noticed that they were uneven, she tried to over pluck them and made them even worse. I could’ve did a better job at home. She did not listen to how I wanted them and didn’t give any room for improvement. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused to let me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I waited there for a simple manicure but somehow people who came in after I did was serviced before me. I’m a customer there but not anymore. Very upset with that today. Won’t be back again.

I made a appointment and had to wait 20 minutes but they did the job quick and was worth the wait.
