They do not even deserve 1 star. Went to them to have 2 french braids with curls and they charged me 60 and ended up burning my ends. The place was disgusting and they used the same comb on each client without cleaning it. It is like a hair sweatshop in there. None of the women has licenses besides the owner or are in attendance in hair school therefore by CT law can not do hair. I should of known not to go there but needed my hair done badly before work. This is the worst. Please do not go here. I am currently in the process of making sure that the state and city of Hartford health department takes care of my complaint. Please do your research on other salons. This place will not last!

The stylist can’t braid. The braids are raggedy and overpriced. You get a different price over the phone vs being in the shop. No one in the shop that day was satisfied with the work from any of the stylist. It is not worth the money. Please try another shop. You will be thoroughly disappointed with the outcome if you try it. Fair warning!

Great place. They did my hair and although it took awhile the lady worked her butt off. She completed the job amazingly. Great job!!!!

Neo at lories salon did an outstanding job on my wife's hair. My wife wanted to get her dreads retwisted but Neo talked her into a wash and style and I and my wife are very pleased with the job Neo did. My wife's hair is off the hook. She looks like a queen and it's all thanks to Neos skill

This was the fastest my hair has ever been done. It was a wonderful experience and I will continue to go there. It was exactly what I wanted and it’s beautiful.
