They taken care of you hear a hair curl and they have complimentary hot towels for your neck helps you relax and they also have complimentary beer or wine coolers

I used to love coming here but the last three times I have tried to get a trim I have been turned away. The first reason was their credit card machine was down, the second time they didn't have enough hairdressers and this most recent time they said it was too close to closing even though I was there an hour and a half before they closed and only 2 people were waiting before me. I think they just don't want to work till closing...3 strikes you're out.... I'm headed to supercuts now
