After trying several other places in New Bern, my wife and I started going to Luxury nails a little over a year ago. We have always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly, and they always check with me before they are finished if feel like they did a good enough job. Today when I went they told me I was going to get the new girl. I have to admit I was worried. She actually gave me the best pedicure I have ever had before, including at spas. Extremely professional, and made sure I was happy with it multiple times. Thank you for being so courteous and professional.

This was our first visit to Luxury Nails and we were quite pleased. They were able to schedule three of us for concurrent nail appointments on a Saturday and had us in our chairs on time. The techs were very friendly and took good care of us. The salon was clean and the staff maintained that cleanliness throughout our visit. It’s been several days now and our nails look as beautiful as they did on Saturday. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to Luxury Nails for 8 months now and have never had a bad experience. My pedicures are always relaxing and my nails always come out perfect. I had broken a nail (no fault of theirs) after a couple of days and they fixed it for free even though it wasn’t their fault. Ask for Paul, he’ll get your nails done right!

Tiffany was my nail technician and she did a wonderful job today on my pedicure and manicure. My pedicure with foot and leg massage was heavenly and my feet look terrific! Thanks.
