I love the work they did but I absolutely HATED the treatment. Myself and a friend went and she said she had the same treatment. This was our first time ever going and the only nice or polite person was their hostess. Young girl very sweet did her job well. Like I said they can do your nails right but you will get snarky attitudes and rush your service.

the customer service was good, but the outcome was not I was told my nails world only cost $30, then when the job was done, they changed it to 43 because the lady "made a mistake"...she had to have been new as well because my nails look horrible. I think if she was new, i needed to be warned, and charged way less; if she was not new, then the job was terrible. I was in a rush and was unable to complain or get them redone, so i paid and left. The nails are different shapes on each finger, you can see my nails through the acrylic, i did not receive gel nails (so the cost is questionable), AND some of them are crooked. Needless to say, i will never return, and luckily I will be going elsewhere to have them fixed.

I usually have a pleasant experience here when i go during the mornings. Recently i went in the evening, it was packed. and I experienced great discrimination. I won’t pull the race card... all I’ll say is... i was not greeted, sat for 15-20mins without concern until “others” without an appointment were greeted and serviced immediately. It was really hurtful so i went to clarify just to make sure i wasn’t tripping. And i was passively told to wait another 30 minutes with no explanation as to why. I will not be returning. Clearly my business was not a priority.

It's a nice salon and stays updated. I prefer to go to one of the guys for my nails, but there are a lot of great nail techs that work here.

UTTERLY DISGUSTED! I used to be a FREQUENT customer here until 12-3-2017 and very good tipper might I add. I came in to get my normal pedicure, around 5:30 pm. They don't close until 6:00 pm. Before we even got started the lady doing the pedicure asked me if I could pay before we started because they were about to close the register. I didn't think anything about it. I paid and was ready for my pedicure. The lady started my pedicure like normal. I was scrolling on my phone when I felt a different scrubber being used to scrub my feet. I look up from my phone and the lady is using the cleaning sponge from the bowl to finish the scrubbing process! YES A NASTY BRILLO DISH SPONGE! I immediately asked her what she was doing and she said "o just scrubbing feet" I have been going here for at least 2 years, while I am never greeted with smile, I liked the place because of the gel polish. I asked her did they change something to where now they were using dish sponges to clean people's feet. She then pretended like she did not understand English and proceeded to try to finish the job. She grabbed my foot, I told her to stop and I asked her again why she thought it was ok to use the sponge that they clean the bowels with to clean my feet with. She said " its ok i sorry" Excuse me but the last time I checked a nasty dish sponge is not suppose to be used to clean feet, I demanded to speak to a manager at this point. The manager comes , says NOTHING! I asked her was it something new that they were doing, by using a nasty sponge to clean feet. She didn't answer, she just looked dumbfounded. No apology no offering to make it right, nothing. I was furious to say the least! I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT! DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES DONE HERE, THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!
