Horrible place!!! This was my very 1st time at this salon on 6/13. There were mixed reviews but I figured I would give it a chance for myself to see what the quality of work was. I am very dissatisfied. My nails are crooked, cuticles look untouched and 2 of my real nails are cracking on the side when they were perfectly fine before I went to this shop. I contacted the manager about it this morning and went to show her my nails. I explained that due to my schedule I couldn't come back until early next week. She told me to come back and they would only redo my polish. I asked her about all of my other concerns and she did not care. Went as far as telling me that some of this was my fault. I told her I want to get what I paid $57 for which was a main and pedi and she became rude. NEVER WILL I EVER GO ACK HERE AGAIN. What made matters worse was not that I had a bad Nail job which was already infuriating but when I brought it to the managers attention she was everything but helpful. Not a good way to run a business or to get new customers to come back.

I have been a customer for 7 years. I really like this nail salon. The place is always clean, the staff is always friendly and gives great service. I broke a nail and walked in yesterday and they fixed my nail for free. She said I am a long-time customer and not to worry about it. This shows me that they appreciate me as a customer.

All I did was call and ask a couple of questions and the lady was very rude and had an attitude with me. Wont even be getting my buisiness.

I like this place only thing i dont like is that they wanna charge for the shap nail that u want? I mean i understand if u want it long they van charge u extra or for the cat eye but for the shape of ur nail i dont see why charge if ur charging me extra for a lot of things now.. 5 extra for long nails 5 extra for cateye 10 for nochip now u wanna charge me for the shape? Thats ridiculous
