This is the best nail salon in Austin. It is clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They always offer the latest in nail fashion trends and polishes. They offer a wide variety of services and are very professional. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

Staff was very nice and services were great! I messed up my nails shortly after (all my fault) and they were more then happy to fix it for me. I will definitely be back!

Love this place. Ive been coming here for the last two years and the staff is great. The one less than stellar experience I had was quickly remedied by the manager before I left. Great place- would highly recommend.

What a horrible experience!
I have given this nail shop several chances - each time greatly disappointed!
My last appointment was for SNS nails - new set.
Julie was my tech. She was nice but was in a hurry as her children were waiting for her.
I left with uneven and badly shaped nails - some of the powder was applied uneven as well (leaving your nails to look lumpy for the next several weeks).
If all of this was not bad enough for the $56 I paid - today a huge chip came off of one of my nails!
Grant you the $56 "manicure" did not even warrant a hand massage! Seriously!
DO NOT go here! They do not care about nail care - they care about money / time!
My nail tech the time before Vanna - completely left my cuticles in a cut up mess - as she did not manicure my cuticles she used the drill to "file" them away!
Horrible customer service and not worth the money!

I gave this place several chances...each time the quality of service gets worst...i have given up on them!...they choose quantity over quality!...stay away!
