Kim overseer of the hairdressers is a wonderful teacher and expert hairdresser herself. She shows respect and dignity to her students yet has a watchful eye on their EVERY move. She does not allow drama amongst the students and implemented a rotating station amongst the students to further keep a handle on this problematic area. There is little chatter amongst them. Take some time out of your busy schedule and pamper yourself with a low cost haircut, style, color, manicure or pedi today! You'll be treated like royalty. Ali loves color and I was lucky enough to get her today. She did a fabulous job & I'll be sure to ask for her when I need a touch up in the future. They sell & use Paul Mitchell products. It was my first time there and i had a great experience. Senequa was amazing. She was a little nervous at first but she is going to be great and do big things in the cosmetology world! Brayan (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) was an amazing instructor he explained and assisted the students!

I dislike the fact I had to give a star. I been to Raphael’s three times by choice. My first two times I got great service from Brittany, thank you. The third time I went it was half bad and half good. As usual Brittany did get on my overlay, but a girl that was supposed to paint my nails left me for a hour to eat, smh. Then fifth time I went was to get my hair cut, colored, and styled, pedicure, nails, and lashes. Well Dawn did a amazing job at with my cut, color, and style! So I had to return the next day to finish getting the services I paid for the day before , since the student that was supposed to do my pedicure, overlay, and lashes left. I returned the next day to a lot of confusion, which unsettled me. A lady named heather was loud and rude and had the nerves to tell me one of my services were free, mmm no it wasn’t, it was service that I paid for and had proof. So, Gina did my pedicure and took her time making me feel good about being there again and boom here comes the bs! So two lady’s named Jaclyn and Christen did my lashes both had amazing personalities but far as their work not as great! They did my individual lashes that I provided under 20 minutes, wow I’m pleased. Well, when I walked outside the wind was blowing and my whole right side blew off! I went back in to get them fix. The next morning some of the individual lashes were in my bed and the others hanging on to dear life. I get my lashes done often and that has never happened. I’ll will be returning to get them fix since I spent money and it’s a big day for me. After today I’ll never return. I loved the personalities of the students there and disliked how Heather spoke to me. But after all I’m rating service not personalities.

They refused to give massages to my daughter and myself due to her age. She is 15. No where on their web site does it list "must be 18 to recieve services". We have been here before for manicures and pedicures.
