Salon has no receptionist and no one acknowledges your presence. I went in for a simple fill in and color change and it took 1 hour to be acknowledged. Because of my work schedule I stayed for the services but I promise I will not come back.

The worse place ever, they don't have good customer service, PLUS you have to pay in advanced for every service rendered or no services at all. They have signs posted on the front desk to pay in advanced for service; it seems that they don't care how satisfied the customer are with their services, they just care about $$$.

Good day excuse the typos as I am upset.
For those of us who would like to know if this is a place to give your income too I extremely recommend against it.
It was filthy. Food trash hair balls etc.
I called before i arrived to avoid exactly what happened to me. The employee asked me what i wanted done i said a full set she said to come in.
Upon my arrival there were two women working on there customers and no one greeted me or told me at least where to sit. Oh! there is no sitting area. So good luck if they are full.
I left to find another in the mall but there wasnt. (Just to make sure i did not go to the wrong one i had called) when i came back there was a third lady that seemed to be gathering her belongings to leave, she looked at me laughed said something in her language laughed and the original employee at the door made a comment. The employee then asked what i wanted extremly rude when i said full set she shook her head no and began to argue with the other employee.
I decided to leave and not be belittled or wanting a rush and hurtful ir botched job on my hand. When i asked for a card the first chair got extremely rude rolled her eyes and told me no she would not give me a card.
At this point i lost it ,but without being rude, I told her that she was rude showed no knowledge of customer service and left the establishment.
I am new to area but will drive to Washington DC before walking across the street again.

Worst hair job ever. I went in with blonde hair, asking for it to go to a more strawberry blonde color. Seemed simple enough. Wrong, I came out with orange hair. Went straight to CVS to get color oops, only to discover that she had BLEACHED my hair before going on it with that bright orange color. My hair is naturally blonde and is now a super dark brown because I needed to fix the horrible yellow bleached color I was left with. This is the first time I have ever dyed my hair professionally and I doubt I will ever do it again. I would have done a better job out of a box from CVS. My hair is ruined now and I was almost charged $95 for it. Never ever again.
