This is truly a relaxing place, beautiful and a warm atmosphere. The staff are exceptional and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful spa experience here with my wife. Try them out and see for yourself. The technician Kelly was rude. Rush through my service. She was more focus on who came through the door. Booked an appointment online I thought I would get better respect. I needed my nails short she refused to make it short told me won’t look right. I hate this green I wanted a different green. She didn’t smooth the ridges on my nails. My fingers was burning the whole service. Nail polish was all over my foot. The place was nice just picked the wrong person. She didn’t handed me a menu her Co worker handed it to me I didn’t get my full pedicure service. I was trying to be nice I didn’t want to be that customer.

Fancy outside but not good enough!
I tried this place yesterday just for the clean-up(standard Mani-Pedi) without nail polish. I was seated in timely manner upon arrival.
Pros:
-Place is really fancy looking
-Front desk staff is very friendly and speaks English
-They have polish colors in nails forms so you can see how it's going to look on your nail roughly.
-Lot of staff to avoid wait time if no preference I assume.
Cons are included in my story below:
The person (Kelly) who did my Mani-Pedi had no interest in smiling or greeting me or asking me what I am getting done. I was taken to my chair with really broken remote where you can't even see buttons. They could have choose chair with working remote since the whole room was full of empty chairs. At the start of soaking I immediately felt like it's going to be a rushed job from the get go. Since nail beds were clean so quick. She was kind enough to glue my trauma damaged toe nail. After almost half-way few more customers and a big group of friends came in. I noticed they were offered drinks and food while they were seated. After hearing all of this Kelly offered me (felt like she had to) if I like anything to drink. I told her that I do not want nail-polish and I would like nails cut very short. She started talking loud to herself every-time I asked her to do something. I feel like she didn't like me asking her to cut my nails short. She cut all the nails really really bad like she was bit mad. Check out the pictures I took after coming home. I am saving her time on painting my nail without saving $ amount. The nail glue she put on was spread a bit and was extremely hard and very spiky so I asked her to do a little clean-up after wards.
I have never been done this fast for feet cleaning in the past. I would start talking randomly to make the whole experience little friendlier. She did okay job for my hands but nail were not files properly and you can feel the rough nails when you touch. When I ran my hands over fabric it catches. I tipped her out of habit so I don't feel guilty.
First-thing I had to do is come home and file the rough hand nail edges and really file toe nails to make it bit reasonably straight so I can look at them.
I am definitely not going back to this place.

Needed to desperately get my nails done. Googled to see the closest nail shop open on the 4th and Modo came up. Walked in and sat down with Lana who did an amazing job removing the old dipping powder and applying fresh powder. I am very pleased with my nails.

I've been going there since they opened ! Good service is not consistent so I stopped going to everyone. Tony is the only one that I go to now. He knows what he doing so that saves me time , energy and complaints! Overall it's a great nail bar. The salon is clean and relaxing. Prices are fair with 5% off when paying cash. Manager is very nice and professional. This will stay my to go place as long as Tony is there.
