Had a noon appointment with Samantha for a much needed hairdo after having COVID in February & walked in on time to see 2 ladies ahead of me for cut & color, so I had to wait 1 hour, although I was on time for my cut & color. Upon finally getting my turn, after waiting patiently I had to wait an additional 3.5 hours because there was no toner, I was later told... My day off work was spent in a Hair Salon when I could have kindly rebooked if I was told ahead of time how far behind this appt would cost me. I don't think I received an apology either, so I know when I'm not appreciated.
I chose Samantha but got poor service just sitting & waiting forever... If not for Facebook to keep me entertained & the other blonde stylist who was really sweet to chat with I'd have felt more stressed about this, when I could've easily went elsewhere & got same service in way less time. I wasn't upset but felt unappreciated.
Upon asking several people about my experience they also agreed a customer shouldn't have to wait this long for a simple cut & color when I was on time, especially.
I didn't think my valuable time should've been at my expense, especially when I wasn't even in love with my hair.

Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. Kelly did a great job on my hair and Q did my nails and they are absolutely perfect. I feel like a queen. The place is very clean and comfortable.

Clean, friendly and a one-stop shop for hair and nails... not just basic mani & pedi. I'm talking about nail arts & design on real and fake nails. They even have luxury spa packages for pedicure in a private setting.
