I waited for three hours to get my nails done and they cut my nail and gave me a hangnail. To me, not even a 1 Star. Absolutely terrible and unnaceptable

Service is awesome but as a customer I've been coming here for years even when they were at the previous building. I know them they know me. Been getting my nails done the same way for years. Going up on a price $5 to a loyal customer and a big tipper may I add is unheard of. I'm going to miss them but I feel like appreciating the patronizing should be enough to not go up. 3 1/2- 4 yrs with them. 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Owner/manager was very rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with this establishment again.
