Worst nail experience EVER!!! I came in a little after 10a. I sat soaking for 40min. While technicians took on other clients. I then had to move from my current seat to another station so the new available tech can begin my service. Once started I began to receive one of the worst experiences ever. I showed 3 different technicians what I wanted. The one who actually started working on my nails didn’t have his station sanitized from previous client. He didn’t do the proper steps like push back my cuticle. He even ran low on the black dip and started pouring the dip on my nails which caused my nails to turn out horrible. He didn’t properly file them either, I had to ask for a file so I myself can adjust what he should’ve done himself. My rhinestone placement was horrible and tacky. You can see glue around them. They did such a bad job on my nails that I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. They didn’t offer to fix them either. They were so concerned about trying to take another client instead of assuring that the current client could possibly be a return client. I also received a text stating I could get a percentage off for it being my birthday and instead they ignored me and went on to the next client. It sucks that I had to experience this, and hopefully I can save someone from having to experience the same treatment. My advice to employees, treat your clients better!

Love the spa pedicures here. Definitely a great place! Great prices too!

This Hass to be the worst place ever to get a manicure. I had an appointment to get my nails done. When I got there for my appointment they had nobody available so they sent me out a chair and then proceeded to do not only my nails but somebody else’s nails at the same time. One person started my manicure in the middle of it she would get up and go to somebody else’s come back and in the end another person took over to finish my nails.
Within the first five hours my nails began to chip. The place was closed by then so I just filed gently the end of them to take care of the chips. As the weekend progressed at work I had three nails flip off. When my work weekend was over I went back on the Monday to get them repaired and they wouldn’t repair the ones that are chipped they only wanted to replace the ones that flipped off. They are not willing to back their work! If you want a good manicure, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!

I love it here!! I had my appointment at 10AM this morning and I got in on time, despite the techs still working on people when I walked in. They were very friendly, and gave me what I wanted for my nails. My tech was extremely nice and talked to me about what I was doing that day and gave me tips for my cuticles and how to heal them. I have always bit my nails and cuticles and have (very) recently been able to do it less and less. She was patient with me needing to learn when to take my hands away since I’ve only been to another salon in Tempe one other time and they were awful. I definitely can’t wait to return to do another gel manicure with new colors! I will say the gel did burn my fingers under the UV light but she did her absolute best to get it all off before putting my hand under, so no big deal at all with that. I’m overly satisfied and can’t wait to get a pedicure here as well. Each person who left that portion when I was in there was happy! Glad I found you guys.
