I’ve tried this place twice now. The older woman who did my nails rushed the entire time. She pushed my cuticles up so much that the skin around my nails are now red and sore and burned every time she harshly scrubbed them with alcohol (why she was scrubbing my nails and skin with alcohol I don’t know, it was just a basic mani.) A manicure shouldn’t be painful. Unfortunately it was, and so was my experience. The woman who was doing my manicure also got up midway without saying anything and just disappeared for 10 minutes. Staff is always just talking to each other in another language and doesn’t attempt to make you feel comfortable. Not coming back.

They always do a fantastic job on my gel nails. The salon is always clean and wait times if ant, are minimal.

I had the most relaxing time! I recommend the green tea spa manicure pedicure. Felicia is wonderful and made me feel delightfully pampered.

Twice I’ve gone, and they’re not welcoming. The sassy receptionist asks what I want. Then she and the 7 or 8 employees sit around speaking an asian language for several minutes while I stand there as the only one clearly clueless about what they’re discussing. Also there was a male employee who kept speaking another language and laughing in my direction...then my nail lady stopped working on my nails and got up and slapped him. SO awkward. Unprofessional. My nails looked good, but I can get the same thing somewhere else. Done here.

They do a great pedicure and it is very nice on the inside. However, expect to be charged for every single little thing. I asked the lady doing my pedicure to please scrub my feet with the metal scrubber and she told me it would be $5 more. What?! You can get just as good pedicure other places and not be charged extra for literally any request.
