HORRIBLE!!! Multiple nail techs jumped from customer to customer. The stations were not sanitized. The acrylic and polish process was completed in the dark. My tips werent polished and the edges were rough. The tech didn’t wait for the gel polish cycles to be completed. Every step was rushed. The sides of my nails were squared not naturally rounded off. I came in with a coffin shape only wanting a fill in.... I left with 10 different shaped nails. NEVER AGAIN.

I had my eyelashes done. It is 7 hours later and all my lashes have almost fallen out and my eyes are swollen shut. She didn’t do it professionally I shouldn’t have known better when she just told me to hold my eyes open. There was GLOBS of glue on my eyelids. I want a refund and I won’t ever be coming back.

My nails look nothing like the picture. They are all different shapes and sizes. I had an appointment at 1 they didn’t start my nails until 1:20. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

My 2nd time going and my only complaint is the wait time from getting a pedicure then a manicure. Otherwise everything else is great!!

I went there to get dipped polish. I’ve been going there for about a month now. I received the same service as I did two weeks ago. They charged me two different prices. 2 weeks ago it was $35 and today was $45. I was told it’s because of my length, now honestly, how fast could my nails have grown within those two weeks? To me they literally are just about the same length. Then while I was getting my nails dipped I realized that the lady dipped a few of my nails once and the other time she did it twice. So I have a little more glitter on a couple of nails. And the other few nails barely have glitter on it! I will go back to doorman center the next time.
