Exceptional customer service! I've been to a lot of pedicure places before but this place takes their time with cleaning and prepping the nails. They are generous with the scrub and exfolitated my feet and legs. They use a warm towel to remove the product. The massage felt great and I almost fell asleep. I love their attention to detail. They even asked if I liked the color after it was on a nail before adding the nail color to the rest. I only got the regular pedicure for $45 but left feeling like I got the deluxe!

Horrible customer service. I went in to get my nail color changed. Multiple people came as walk-ins after me. I guess since the service I was requesting wasn't going to fill their pockets, they helped everyone else but me. I don't mind waiting but they had me wait 3 hours! If they didn't want to help me they could have just said so instead of wasting my time. The guy at the front knew what he was doing because he would look at me each time he called over a walk-in that obviously was there way after me. Not to mention, they tell you the wait is 15-30 minutes but in reality its more like a 1-1 1/2 hour wait if you have an appointment. I walked out when somebody showed up as a walk in and was helped before me, who had been waiting for 3 hours already. I will never go back and hope nobody else has to go through the same.

Kelly is amazing. My first time there and I am impressed with her work. She took her time. Customer service was 5 star. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For it being my first pedicure EVER, they did an amazing job. I can tell they were tired since it was a late appointment but the service was great and the products they used are AMAZING. I will definitely be back 😊

I have been coming here for the past 2yrs and love it!!! They are very welcoming and considerate people. They don't rush you, they actually take care of the services in a friendly professional way. I really recommend them . Thank you 3D nails for always making sure I feel comfortable an leave happy!!
