I've been to this place multiple times since they opened and have previously always had a good experience. The techs were professional, polite, respectful and did a good job. That was not my most recent experience. I went for a pedicure and requested an additional shoulder massage. The tech appeared to be under the influence of something-red eyes, erratic behavior. I wanted to ask for a different tech but the manager had left for the day, as had many other employees. Luckily, I was there with a friend because the behavior just got weirder and really inappropriate. I'm 9 months pregnant, he started the shoulder massage and suddenly shoved his hand down the front of my shirt and began rubbing the upper part of my breast. I moved so he had to stop but I and my friend were shocked and scared, so we just got out of there as soon as possible. I have tried to report this to the manager since it happened, but every time I call one is not available. The salon needs to know about this as do potential customers.

I agree with the negative reviews. I got the sense they don't care about their customers at all. My technician watched a football game on his phone while giving me a pedicure, then got angry with me when I wanted to leave before my nails were dry. The greeter ask me how my experience was - I said "Not great." He laughed and said "So not bad then. ha ha ha." then took my credit card. Weird experience really. Won't return.

Great quality! Enjoyable atmosphere and friendly. Had a little bit of a wait but I came mid-day and didn’t have a scheduled appointment. I actually smudged a nail after leaving and they were very sweet and fixed it when I went in the next day. No extra charge but left a tip in appreciation for their kindness :) Definitely recommend!

Great place for pedicure and nails. Laura and Nathan are awesome. The owners are so nice. You feel at home .

I have been with my daughter when I was in Dallas visiting her and had the organic dip. It lasted me about 5 weeks. (I live in Denton) I went back when I was in Dallas for my granddaughters birth and had my nails done again on Thursday, by someone that had never done them before. Three days later 2 has already chipped and 4 are now horrible. I called them and told them what had happened and the next time I was in Dallas would they do them for me complimentary. He said I had to come back in now. I explained I didn’t live there and would email or text him photos. I wouldnt hear of it. Therefore, I told him I’ll never come back!
