Great experience, new owners, very kind, beautiful and peaceful establishment. Wife wanted to get nails done and I was able to enjoy a nice 35 min massage. The owners are engaged and happy to have you there. The staff was polite and professional. The atmosphere was definitely a highlight. They have really invested into a quality place to relax and enjoy your time. My pictures didn't turn out but I will take them next time.

Absolutely love this place! Staff is so friendly and place is so clean. I’ve tried dozens of places in Frisco and this is by far the best. They always do a perfect job of my nails and when they see something that isn’t perfect they fix it. You don’t even have to ask. The quality is amazing.

I came here about two months ago and since haven’t been back. I will say the environment and the owners were very nice, the reviews are almost all good and my experience here definetly wasn’t what I was expecting. I set an appointment to get a new set of nails and take my current acrylics off, I never tried nextgen nail and the color I picked out was a sparkly orange, but when it came out it turned out gray and looked like Orange sandstone? First thing was they closed at 7pm and I had an appointment around 5:45, after a certain while she started rushing and when she applied the two fake nails on my shorter nails that broke, she didn’t glue it down correctly and there was a separation between my actual nail and the fake nail. I’ve never had that happen, it made the nail look lumpy and awkward from the side. I asked for a long sharp square nail, but she told me she doesn’t like making sharp nails because people complain about them, so they came out much more rounded than my preference. The shapes also came out a little funky, they came out very wide at the end. She was noticeably rushing as it was near closing, so I wish instead of just giving me an appointment to make money they would’ve told me it was too little time. Overall I hated my nails, the application was weird, the color came out bad, the shape wasn’t what I asked for. I’m not one for confrontation so I just paid and left but was very frustrated. I felt like I was being ignored and given nothing like what I wanted. I really wanted to find a good place with a decent nail tech, and this wasn’t it. Since then I found a place I liked, and one that doesn’t give me an opinion I hadn’t asked for. I’ve always gotten sharp nails, and I’ve always had them long. I’m not new to nails and I did not get what I wanted at all despite trying my best to explain what I liked. Very disappointed.

Love this place! Staff is always super friendly and they make sure you’re taken care of. Much more relaxing and peaceful atmosphere than your typical nail salon.

I came here for a women retreat for my church ministry. I felt so pampered and relaxed. The service was great!
