Very nice place to go get a little pampering. Staff is very friendly but they need more employees to be able to service clients. Must make appointment. Other than that nice place to visit.

Very good customer service ! They are currently short staffed so the service is a bit slow and wait times are long . It’s best to make an appointment . I booked for a pedicure and sns. They both came out perfect ! I was very pleased with the service and the chairs are very comfortable. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for !

Extremely disappointed in this location’s service and professionalism.
As a loyal customer of 6 months, upon “walk-in” arrival, I was quoted an hour to which I understood and patiently waited to be called. Bald headed, shorter gentleman approached and asked for me to go and have a seat. I walked over to choose my color and that same gentleman stood beside me while I sifted through the gel selection. I asked him if a certain color was available to which he replied, “What we have is what you see” in a rushing manner. I continued looking at the colors and he walks away making a comment prompting laughter from 2 other technicians nearby.
At this point, I proceed to ask if everything is ok, to
which he replies “yea”. Because of his overall manner and professionalism I ask for an alternative technician. Two nail techs stated they could not do it today, however a lady technician decides she can but not until 430 (1 1/2 hours later). I depart and return by 430 and am finally able to have my nails done in order to show them I’m not easily made to feel uncomfortable. The service has taken a major decline and the staff’s demeanors have become very unmanaged and unprofessional. The visit before this time I felt a pinch of this, however ignored it. This was the cherry on top.
That will be my last time providing them my business.

Very unprofessional!!! Been a loyal client third time trying to come and surin turns me away everytime! If you have a issue just say it!! Dont turn paying customers away!!! Very unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely rude! After many bad experiences, I am done. I called at 2pm today and asked if I could come in at 7pm to do gel nails and toes at the same time and they said I could. Arrived at 7pm and was told they don't do that when they fully have before and agreed I could today. I was basically called a liar and he was so rude I didn't stay to do either. I wasn't offered to even start either, they were busy so I guess they treat how they feel based on the day: Very embarrassing to be treated that way in-front of a full nail shop. This is my final straw with this nail shop. Sadly it's just happens to be in the same shopping area I live in. I avoid coming to them sometimes and have a much better experience at the nail shop north in the Kroger shopping center (Lush) and a better experience in the nail shop down Roswell by ardens garden (Hammond). The both have better reviews overall. After this incident I will never come here again for the connivence. I don't do acrylic nails but my two girlfriends were visiting last week and had a bad experiences with getting nails. They were at the shop for hours just to have their decals on their nails start to come off/chip after a few days. My experience with getting gel: I have been burned while getting a pedicure. I have had my gel removed harshly multiple times damaging my nails. The older woman that works here soaked my nails so long the tips of my fingers were cracking and dry for days. I can't believe how many bad experiences I've had here.... looks like I'll just have to make a short drive from here on out and avoid the numerous headaches and bad customer service.
