I trusted the 5 star reviews and decided to give this place a try as it was the closest nail spa near my house. I called and booked an appointment, but when I arrived I was really disappointed! First of all, the place is so tiny and they have only 4 chairs for pedicure. Talking about the chairs, they don’t have any spa chairs, but normal chairs, which was totally unexpected! Second, they don’t have enough staff. When we went ( 3 of us) according to the schedule they told us to come, they had only one person working there and one on the cashier who didn’t care about providing a good customer service. She asked me to wait for an extra 30 minutes. I said, but you already told us to come at this time. So we left and went to another nail spa nearby that was packed but regardless did a great service without a minute of wait. That was my first and last time trying this place. I believe they need professional spa chair, a bigger space, and more people to serve the clients. Otherwise, they will lose customers if they continue like this.

I was very happy with how my nails turned out. Susan did mine and she did them amazing and she only took an hour! They usually take like an hour and a half or two!

Pros: Clean calming atmosphere, chic interior, spacious, wonderful service, highly professional, true artists, very kind and friendly, Zero discrimination, expert advice, suitable for pregnant women.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
Cons: NONE!
Where do I start! The establishment is very clean, chic interior, professional service by true professionals. I had a terrible experience at Polished Nails Studio and had to stop them mid session and I IMMEDIATELY drove to OHLALA and honestly it is one the best decisions! I explained about the botched job done by polished nails studio and the 2 gentlemen immediately started working on my nails. They Re-did my manicure, re-painted my nails and my nails look so beautiful. I cannot be thankful enough!

I took my mom and sister here as a treat for my mom’s 50th birthday, and we all enjoyed the experience. The salon was clean, modern, and relaxing. All the employees were nice and did an amazing job on all of our nails. I’ve always been very insecure about my short nails because I’ve been a habit nail biter since childhood due to my anxiety. However, Tim made my nails look exactly as I envisioned them and made me feel super comfortable! I will definitely be coming back!

BEST manicure and pedicure I have ever had in my life !!! Owner ..absolutely very compassionate, took her time pampering me, my feet feel absolutely perfect soft, so many beautiful colors to pick!! The other 2 Male works, extremely friendly, the best part there for Minnesota like myself and my friend. Did absolutely amazing job my fingernails. first-time doing the dip powder . Manicures last minute add-ons for my friend and I.. they cordially were very flexible!!! I honestly wish they had more places like this in Minnesota :-) I highly recommend Oh la la la nail boutique ..BEST manicure and pedicure I ever had in my life!!!!!!🦶💅🥰💙💚
